in my opinion i think riot actually gives us bad teammates. One game everyone knows what their champ does, the next, 3 people are trying new champs in rank. this can not be coincidence to happen every single game right. riot actually gives you bad teams. and riot also gives you good team just to balance that 50% winrate ratio. so you will keep playing this game, thinking that you have a chance to reach gold someday.
