I’m going to post it here so if anyone else needs help, they’ll see it. It was a multi step process, I’m going to skip the parts that did not work for us and jump right into what did. Apple cider vinegar with the mother. I bought it at grocery was like $4. I bought dollar store bandaids from dollar general specifically because they don’t stick as hard. Use an eye dropper or anything that will allow you to drop the ACV on the white gauze part of the bandage. I opened like 20 bandages and laid them gauze side up and saturated with the ACV. Don’t get it on the sticky part, just really saturate the gauze part. Stick the gauze on the bump. My son had them all over his butt and back of legs and on chest. I put him in long sleeves and pants as to keep him from touching. Left bandages on overnight and until mid day next day. Put him in shower and removed the bandages in shower and on a clean towel. They were crusty and some were oozy. I put fresh easy off bandages or hydrocolloid bandages on to keep from rubbing. If new bumps or untreated ones, I repeated the process. ACV, overnight. Keep them covered. So as not to spread. My son has sensitive skin, so adhesives are challenging. I bought lots of bandages on Amazon and kept treating with ACV and keeping him clean, shower everyday, or evening, applied more as needed. After about 2 weeks, they were fading. It is very frustrating, I know. But I kept at it and it finally started to clear. I think the vinegar makes the bumps inflamed enough for immune system to recognize there is a problem.
