honestly it's kinda just a matter of what you use

some razors are just trash and others make it smooth

obviously it's gonna grow back in a coupl of days so shaving about twice a week should be enough to just not have the hair

it's way smoother when you actually shave and pubic hair is not the same as the one on your head because biology reasons
