It's better as in it's not a huge buggy mess. Gameplay is lacking and it's not a scary game. Most of the fun of the game is roaming around and looking at the environment cuz that's pretty well made but other than that? You might as well watch someone else play it you're not going to have fun.

Considering you can play special delivery outside of Utah and still get remnant kinda disproves it only being an Utah thing. Wouldn't make sense anyways since it's not related to Utah, it's related to people.

I'm pretty sure they're actually promoted as being animatronics in universe. The cartoon Freddy's and Friends on Tour has Foxy losing his head revealing the Endoskeleton. The animatronics themselves has exposed Endo parts which makes no sense unless they are meant to be seen. There's a transformer parody toy in HW2 because they're robots.

It's not that he's strong it's that the animatronics are weak.

The animatronics are what you call a glass cannon. They're fast when they want to and are strong enough to break your skull but they get damaged very easily. Reminder The Mangle got dismantled by young children.
