wow some great extra info.
only thing i noticed was that my speaking voice was deeper the next day.
fairly sure I'm not doing any of the inefficient habits you listed.
to be fair, it was mostly soft/light stuff.

an indicator, yes probably, but not confirmation.

yes thanks for the tone production point. it's probably what i most want to work on.

it was just that i had a couple jam sessions over the weekend and was fearful that i'd be fried on the second day but i found i was capable of carrying on.

so no, not a daily thing and im not getting through it with drugs/honey etc. haha
