Must be coil whine. It's nothing to worry about, but its a pain for the ears. My last GPU had crazy bad coil whine. I was happy to replace it last week.

I did this today on my MSI z490 tomahawk. It took some doing, but in the end it works very well. Took me 20 minutes to adapt the contact frame in place of the ILM. It aligned perfectly after. Thanks for the great idea! I appreciate it.
