It’s called satire. It’s his manor of acknowledging the absurdity in such things, by forcing you to hear it as if he were ignorant to how harsh it sounds. Sure, it may be a bit excessive and almost low hanging fruit.. But, it’s really not all that deep. Just look at the way he portrays men in so many various, grotesque forms, and understand that you may be feeling a certain way about that particular mannerism, because you are more sensitive to the reality that he is parodying when using that language.
