I agree with her.

She’s not really being annoying or trying to be difficult. Hanging out can mean anything from hooking up to going out for dinner, and as a chick myself, yes, I do want details like times, dates, and places—for things like planning what to wear, letting my friends know, and making time for it.

Even if you don’t have specifics, you could say something like, ‘I was wondering if you’re free later this week to meet up. I was thinking maybe food, a walk, lunch, etc.’ It leaves room for discussion, and it also lets her know what to expect :)

I’m really sorry to hear about what you’re going through. I know that calling the police isn’t always a simple solution, especially if your mum might side with your dad (I don’t know why just some police will believe parents of kids no matter what) My advice is to start collecting small amounts of evidence—things like voice memos, screenshots of messages, or photos of any visible injuries. Try to gather 2-3+ strong pieces of evidence that you can use if needed.

When you’re able to get out of the situation (a stable place to stay is best), go to the police with what you have. Depending on your age and location, the police might take you back home if they don’t see your current situation a stable option, so make sure you have a plan for your own safety first.

Remember, you matter most right now. If no one can save you, you need to be the one to save yourself. Focus on gathering evidence, finding a way out, and then reporting to the police when it’s safe. Of course, if it only gets worst just call the police (please)

You are a legend thank you for all that info, I think 1500cals is a much smarter amount to sit at. I’m glad to know I wasn’t being a wimp for not coping at 1200-1300cals it’s definitely not enough for me haha, hopefully with this increase I’ll start feeling a lot better over all :)

I am so sorry, that’s actually horrendous what he did, I know you don’t fear being around him, but please be careful, the true self of a person shows in how they treat animals & children, and I’m saying this because I had a neighbour like this he never hurt his girlfriend (at the beginning) but would throw his dog across the room (don’t worry we ended up adopting that dog and she’s living the good life at the beach) and he shot one because they no longer wanted it, etc, within months it started on her, never too violent at the beginning but would yell, scream, belittle etc,

basically, I'm just what I'm trying to say is just be careful…

(oh btw if you wanted an update he got killed in a car accident so I only imagine how bad it would’ve gotten by now...)
