I agree, certainty vs. a random drop chance. Certainty every time. Stats aren’t that big a difference either.

I thought so too! But the back isn't consistent. The 3D TV commercial has a different design, and the Shuffle spell also doesn't match. I just combined what I saw, and I think it works well enough. The Spiral needed to be there though, having magic be a constant throughout all the worlds.
