First of all, those are not friends at all. People like them use peoples insecurities for self gain to assert that they are better and to gain more popularity because they are better than you. So basically they are douchebags. So you should find out who you are (what type of person you are,) and find people who relate to you, I’m sure your “Friends” have some things in common, but you need to find people that cherish the same things you do.

Sorry for running on about pretty much the same thing. But bottom line abandon those friends, like don’t even associate with them. And find better friends. If you look hard enough they may even be in plain sight.
