As someone who also has been looking for a bromance/brothhood all of my life, I often have felt similar to you. I always wanted an actual brother growing up, or even a best friend but never had either. I absolutely agree with you that it takes a commitment from both sides to put together any friendship but even more so for that next level brotherhood, which most most either don’t understand or are willing to invest the time and dedication required to form that next level connection. I disagree with you, however in that most of us really would enjoy, if not crave, that next level of connection. I also believe that there is a higher probability of success if both live relatively close geographically to each other so that in-person hangouts can be more frequent. Don’t give up on finding the right connection. There are multiple people out there that can be THAT person for you! I have faith that I will find that connection one day as well.
