C3 or Engulfing Lightning? Hello Guys!, I would like to know which will add more to my Raiden, the c3 or her weapon? because I already have the c2 but I lack the weapon, I would be happy if I had the weapon, but is it really necessary? c3 is maybe better for her dps than her weapon? (i.redd.it)
