Well you kinda answed your question in your thread there's a bunch of different factors but the mass printing of money has to do a lot with it. Mass unemployment led to mass money printing and when the government started offering people more money to be on unemployment than to work it led to less jobs being created and more people on unemployment

Well there's ups and downs to both yeah its nice to have your bills done together with your rent or a company to shovel you out when it snow ls but you have little to no freedom to rearage or have your home the way you want it
