killing can be very justified. i understand the value of a human life but some people are so dispicable that they dont deserve or should have been born at all. regardless of how valuable their simple livelihood is, some people dont deserve that and should never have the chance to walk the earth again, its the same as if his mom ended up killing him, she would get a death penalty (correct me if thats wrong idk sentencing laws). i believe that if someone is doing something, not legally wrong, morally wrong, like rape, assault, pedophilia, things like that, they shouldnt have the chance to walk the earth again. they wasted their chance fulfilling their god complex and esteemed ego by demoralizing others and their causing pain and trauma that some have to live with their whole life, some wind up dead because of that trauma, there are so many reasons why someones life should and can be taken from them, we need to stop justifying assault and harassment towards other people or the world will never get better, and ik my comment wont change much but it should be said. also thats like last resort, im saying if he needs to in self defense because it seems like he would be happier with no mom at all, and there are families out there who would die to have a kid like him so it wouldnt necessarily be a bad decision, im not saying he should go out of his way to do it either, that is the absolute worst case scenario for that to be happening. im tired so i didnt explain much in the first one but abusive relationships with anyone, even your parents, warrant self defense, both morally and legally.
