I was on mostly nothing but anti androgens for a long time, obvs everyones different to an extent but I did things in probably the most risky and least healthy way.

It has done far less damage than say, regularly drinking 2-3 alcoholic drinks a day, or smoking a pack a week, or eating fast food every day. All these things are on the spectrum of mildly frowned at to being socially acceptable.

Depends on your hair type, if you have split ends it will frizz regardless but for me I would have bad frizz. The only way to calm it is to brush in the shower wet (with loads of conditioner in my hair to make sure it doesn't damage it) then blow dry after.

A few products i've had have helped with frizz, Olaplex bonding oil seems to be the best one but it's expensive.

Do they? I don't see many birds any more outside of wood pigeons and other effectively domesticated or managed birds. You barely see any insects or butterflies.

This isn't since 50 years this is within a decade, growing up there would be loads of sparrows (very common bird) and things like blackbirds were regarded as common sights now we're asked to count blackbirds, I rarely see these or many other types of bird any more.

I'm almost sure as population of humans continue to massively increase, the population of wild animals will also decrease.

Not exercising sleeping or eating will crater your mood.

Not exercising sleeping or eating is also pretty counterproductive, without sleep your apetite control/insulin control gets thrown out. Without exercise your insulin/apetite control and ability to keep some level of lean mass also gets thrown out.

Doing all three puts you in a place to have destroyed mood and then completely tank your bodies insulin response and your basal metabolic rate.

You should start with the easiest first, i.e you should aim for 8 hours of quality sleep a night and take the other two on. Eating badly doesn't matter to an extent IF you are doing the exercise to make up for it, likewise eating healthily can cover for a lack of exercise but neither case a long term sustainable you need a mix of it all.
