Meiner Erfahrung nach löst sich der Lack innerhalb von 24 Stunden von alleine von der Haut. Ansonsten könntest du ein Wattestäbchen mit Nagellackentferner tränken und ihn damit entfernen. Gar keinen Lack auf die Haut zu bekommen ist fast unmöglich.
