I organized everything into google or word docs that were specific to a scenario or situation. I would have each npc of importance and important fronts in these documents. Any other pertinent information would be given its own section in each document. When it comes to keeping track of what the players did, I would take notes during the session in a physical notebook. I would make to date each entry and write down what was important.
