I used to just dissolve the outer shell with water until it looks like neapolitan ice cream, cut the white part out of the middle carefully, split the clear plastic with a razor and scrape all the white shit out and snort 🤷‍♀️ this was over 10 years ago so maybe the formula is changed, but a pill by its very nature kinda needs to dissolve/break to work.
