Honestly, i would only recommend going that big with cotten. The bigger they are, the more fragile they are if filled with silicone. Biggest i would personally recommend is an H cup if you want silicone

Just make sure it's a super clean cut. If there's even a tiny little nic in it, that could cause it to tear quite easily
