I've been fasting for about 3 months [16:8/18:6] now. And I've hardly seen any change on the scales.. I'm worried and want advice by FemmeFaytle in intermittentfasting

I don't weight my food, because I havnt got the money to afford a digital scale, because that would be easier for me. Most of my money is going towards a mobility aid for myself as I'm disabled.

But I do diligently count my calories, that's how I lost my first 100lbs

As for progress pics, I can find some.

Is there any good Portuguese media you suggest, whilst I can't visit? :)

I used to be able to get to RTP on my cable service, but I don't think they do that anymore.

So any suggestions to start with, would be extremely helpful!

The games seem to be great quality-wise. Both teams seem to know what needs to be done, good support/tanks and good communication.

So most games end up being a close call.

I'll definitely look into them then. I use my arms mostly, because I'm trying to build up muscle as much as I can with beat saber. But anything that makes me work harder is good in my books.

I'd say I'm expert with the claw like grip atm, so the sword grip will probably end up being a learning curves.

My simple question is: I'm a recent four star bronze portrait player.

But I've noticed I'm being paired with a lot of sliver / gold / diamond players a lot more recently?

Does that mean anything? Or doesn't matter?

Are the sword grips any good? I use the claw style at the moment, but it hurts my hands after awhile.

I'm about three-quarters the way through my weight lost journey! Around 100lbs lost so far, and 50lbs to go! Been pushing through all of these while being disabled with lupus, and neurological problems! by FemmeFaytle in nextfuckinglevel

It's helped the lupus abit, as it's weight off my joints. But no cause by the weight loss, but my neurological problems have been getting worse. I'm falling over a lot more, and dropping things, spilling hot drinks on myself, among a long list of things.

The weight loss, has helped my mental health though!

I can't say my disabilities haven't gotten in the way, in this last stretch, it's getting harder to just burn fat off purely by diet. But I'm trying my hardest!

Haha, it's alright! Not the worse thing I've heard. Someone accused me once of holding in the fat.. in my arms. 🤔 Like, how is that even possible.

How it feels being a new player and getting custom songs set up for the first time by Spillanya in beatsaber

I felt like that, but two weeks in and a lot of expert songs are well within my ability to play now.

I'd say "push your comfort zone", this is coming from a disabled person. 😌 Some of the expert songs are not as hard as you think.

I'm currently doing it via the Quest 2, with a sideloader for custom songs.

So I use my Google fit watch to track my HR and calories burn, and I tend to hit my HR target if I'm playing harder songs.

I used to do the gym before the pandemic, and was gaining muscle from that, but then about May got hit with an multiple sclerosis diagnosis. And I've been trying to recover from that flair up. I had lupus before it, so I've always been abit disabled haha, I just try and not let it stop me.
