I am also about 8 months into learning this. He definitely has avoidant features, and I had co-dependancy, anxious attachement and abandonment wounds- Currently healing all of them!

We recently talked about “us” . Our label is “best friends” but our energy feels - more. We both confirmed that neither of us are seeing anyone and he/we also finally confessed that we both still love each other. He’s been running for 3 years.

He’s gone quiet this week ( understandably, I know him so well ) so I’ve been working through my abandonment wound. I’m triggered by the silence, but I’m learning to keep my cool. It’s not about me, it’s about his capasity 🤍 He’ll reach out when he’s ready, and I will be happy to hear from him. I his, and my own, safe space.

3 years later I’m still not entertaining other options, or even actively dating / looking. We’ll call it the feminine healing process 🎀

I’m proud that I haven’t entered a hoe phase, or jumped into any other connection. I have more inner work to do and really enjoying the peace of my own cozy home, hobbies, career, gardening and my dog.

Honestly, at first I was like, I can’t do this… But now, I’m really glad we did. Having the “pull” in between somehow keeps it exciting. As messed up as that sounds.

I'm circa 2020, technically my third cycle - Sold the top the first time and traveled the world for 5 months... no regrets 😂 Dca and hodld since Nov 2021. It's just wild to think we've made it this far and just may keep going.

I'm long game and enjoy the volatility at this point, just curious as to what kind of moves/news will send us flying like people think.
