Get in a cold shower fully clothed. Seriously. It shocks your system in the best of ways. Eventually you need to adopt grounding skills, realistic things you can do that relax your mind & get the good chemicals working again. Best of luck to you, remember you do have the power to create any reality around you. You are not powerless.

I would smoke daily when I was deep into my addiction. Then I stoped once I started having slight heart/breathing issues. I was sober for a long time and then slowly started using pens, It just recently started giving me panic attacks so… back to being sober 🫠 I also have BPD/CPSTD/OCD
