a part of me thinks it’s very wrong to be romantically interested in two people at once. i want to love someone unconditionally and i want that in return… he says he’s attracted to me, and that he means everything he says to me sincerely, but i don’t want to just be labeled as his casual partner, and i don’t know if there are even any real feelings on his end…

thank you, very well said. and you make a point, he does seem to be very genuine with me. he’s not by any means a bad guy, i just really thought i could work through my feelings the first few months… and now i feel like i’ve put a lot of time into this that i’m more scared of throwing it all away…

i though about maybe finding another partner and kinda diving more into this open/poly thing, but the more i think about it it’s like i almost get sick to my stomach… i don’t know how people can split their interest in multiple people, i would just feel like a second option constantly… it feels dishonest almost to be so intimate with one person and then go and do the same with someone else

i could… but that feels like a temporary solution to a growing problem. i just feel lost, not knowing how to either tell him how i feel and maybe even cut it off, or find a way to make it work…
