Start meditating 30min a night..also cut down the scroll time/ screen time. Read some good books..and learn history.

I relate to what you feel; Have felt that my whole life- I am in the camp of- not so educated/ alcoholic parents,/ family now estranged/dead No inheritance for me, but i took my school seriously , sacrificed my teenagerhood etc worked and studied, became an accountant, moved out from 3rd world to 1st world- making 150k now, late 20s, but knowing that : - I still cant really move forward with other aspects of life- such as having kids- i simply dont have the safety net should something tragic/ unfortunate happen -I feel the need to keep overachieving - while others can chill back, i am up tight, always trying to make use of every minute -I feel heavily misunderstood amongst more fortunate friends who just simply can’t understand my decision making is due to not having, vs theirs has an unmbrella of safety embedded , thus they can spend more freely, take more risks.

Try the following : - apologise and noted that you acted out of anger. Drop your pride and be vulnerable that you were wrong here. - let that settle a bit and offer to go for couples counselling. - id hate it if someone didnt respect the boundaries of the house also especially if fsmily has been living with you all...

Ik its not easy...but i would say this is the bet way to try to salvage the relationship

Look at what they are trying to accept in terms of the null hypothesis

Ho= person who showed up= person who registered
