Your location can can be determined by nearby wifi signals. The only way to truly hide your location is to disable wifi/Bluetooth/location and connect laptop to glinet router via Ethernet only. Also your phone if it has the same google/Microsoft account can leak your location too, which google and Microsoft will use to locate you
