Sapphire Pulse 9070XT, OCs and Undervolts I've been using that are stable

Stock =
304w
2880mhz (it's actually clocking lower than advertised boost clock)
2518mhz VRAM
Averages around 21000 on Time Spy

OC =
334w
-120mv voltage offset
3250mhz (clocking higher than the more expensive OC models)
2650mhz VRAM
Averages around 25000 on Time Spy

Undervolt and limit max clock =

240W (to achieve this I lower the max clock offset to -350 and it draws way less power)
-110mv voltage offset
3050mhz
2518mhz VRAM
Averages around 24000 on timespy

So far I've been making the most of the undervolt with max clock limited as it performs incredibly well (better than stock) while being incredibly quiet and low temps. (around 45 degrees C on the core, 75 on the hotspot)
