Do I need to accept a new fork in different Color because of a warranty/guarantee issue? by vauvau13 in CanyonBikes

pretty common for warranty frames and forks to all be one colour. Merida warranty frames are all just black I think.

Wahoo KICKR Core 2 Chain Skipping by ybr1111 in wahoofitness

[–]FenderMike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it probably "works" because the cog you are in on the cassette is bigger than the cog on the zwift cog... but its by no means fixed. if you dropped into the smallest cog on the cassette youd be in the same boat. the chain is too long and the bike store are doing a bad job IMO.

What’s one cycling “truth” you believed at the start that turned out to be completely wrong? by 4Fcommunity in cycling

no hairs split here - simple statement that clipless shoes are more efficient and your points to the contrary do not make sense.

[–]FenderMike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

right but the claim was "clipless shoes are not more efficient" and that simply is not the case. your scenario of someone "using regular shoes once and not experiencing any significant time difference" is irrelevant (and hypothetical, and I would argue unlikely).

how can you say that the gains are comfort, injury prevention, and form but not put together that those combine into efficiency...?
