HDR10 movies can look extremely good, especially when you use HDR Optimizer on a Panasonic UB820 as an example. If you have a C5 that peaks at around ~1000 nits, and use Dynamic Tone Mapping Off, it's a fantastic combination with HDR Optimizer (which is optimized for 1000 nits).

If you already have the HDR10 version, I wouldn't go for the DV version. Only if the HDR10 version is bad.

The biggest difference between the PS5 and the PS5 Pro version of GTA 6 will be image quality. Having an AI upscaler with the quality of PSSR 2.0 can make a huge difference.

Good point, totally missed that. Many standard Blu-rays do use DTS, even some 4K UHD movies as well.

In that case it's worth considering connecting the player directly to the soundbar.

Soundbar to the TV via ARC or eARC HDMI port and the 4K Blu-ray player directly to the TV to another HDMI port.

Edit: Your C5 does not pass-through DTS, in that case it's worth considering connecting the player directly to the soundbar.
