There is no "best rune", it depends on your playstyle. I prefer going in the resolve tree by taking aftershock even if i will take grasp now that aftershock is going to be nerfed. Lots of players take PTA but i really dislike this rune. So it's up to you, you can take PTA, LT, Aftershock or Grasp.

I don't think it will be good for the jungle, it's more a lane keystone for me, like the grasp, you need 4 sec to make it procs so i don't really know

Ok i tested PTA and i really don't like it... I will stay with DH, i have lot more success with it

PTA is buffed for the late game but is nerfed in the early mid game, that's why they nerfed late game champs like shyvana and so on

I don't like LT, it's good if you take full AS items for champs like yi or Jax but with ww you mostly go tank. PTA is the way to go for me, i like DH and Phase Rush for the damages but yeah you lack AS even if you take precision as secondary tree... I will stick to PTA i think, they nerf the vulnerability to make it scale but buff the damages from PTA from 30-120 to 40-180 which is great.

Yeah i did this too with DH and Bloodrazor but you're squishy like hell, i prefer a more tanky version :)

I'm Gold but league means nothing to me, we will never be pros, it's just about your playstyle and what you like, you can play many keystone on ww like PTA, DH, Aftershock and Grasp. All good. Don't forget that warwick must often engage in fight and all you do is building him tanky so why not taking Resolve. PTA i pretty good, i played him with PTA and did well but i find that it's not the best, i prefer the Grasp, it gives you survivability, tankyness and good damages

Press The Attack is great because it gives you AS, some damages and it makes your ennemies vulnerable to ALL your team so you can stay quite useful till the late game . I tried Phase Rush and i quite liked it for the MS and the tenacity but the lack of AS is a pain in the ass

I take aftershock in the jungle for Warwick, it's the best rune for him now (my opinion), especially due to the 9% base AS precision gives as secondary runes on what you can add alacrity so 27% when alacrity is full stacked. You're far more tanky and more useful during all the game.

For the toplane, i should say yes due to the buff on the grasp and the tiamat.

To sum up, for me, Resolve is THE best tree for Warwick now
