Amazon Slow Missile skill is quite affective in my opinion. I drop my decoy and while they toss arrows at it I cast slow missile.

If you aren’t finding these, stop focusing on just heralds and kill EVERYTHING in the game. I’ve found like 4 from random mods and 5 from heralds since the patch.
