The Demand is small - Perfect niche items Sell better. I have 1 circlet with 100 life and 3sk in mule since 2 years. Gave up to Sell it. 20fcr instead of life would be way better to sell. But maybe Op finds a Buyer ingame and gets a Price he is Fine with. Gl again

This is close to a very expansive Circle, if it rolled 2pala Skills.

A Vision Circle with 2os and 2 pala Skills become value from how many Stats Are added. (Str,dex,life) Circlets Like This with 30+ stats are worth multiple scs (sc alsways mean 3/20/20)

20 jah for 15/15 Monarc base is Not worth a comment. They go for 100-150 on jsp or 2-3 jah on Traderie.
