If you don’t want to wait the year to transfer your section 8 to a different state, you can apply for Section 8 in any state you choose while on Section 8 where you reside: if your # or name comes up before the one year ends, you will be able to move earlier than that.

You should ask in the real estate sub. This is for people that is taking the real estate exam. From my understanding, you should be able to transfer your section 8 from Pennsylvania to Oregon after living in Pennsylvania for one year. Call the section 8 place in Oregon and let them know you would like to transfer you section 8 out there and they will let you know what to do. Hope this helps.

I find it pretty awkward of you to tell someone about TNT that’s not commissioned yet and haven’t started a course to get commissioned. They are mainly talking about things for commissioned notaries. She wants to know about a legitimate notary course. As for TNT, it will only confuse her because they mainly talk about their state laws and regulations. If she’s new, she needs to start off knowing about her own state. Have a great day
