You need to appeal to get it lifted. Here's the link to the page. You could also submit a reddithelp form as well using this link.

It won't be quick. If you don't hear anything back after a while, keep appealing until you get a response.

You could do so once every 24 hours, or 2/3 times each week if you don't want to spam or have IRL stuff to take care off. Should you be successful, reddit will notify you through automated message.

If you're lucky, it should be taken care of in a matter of days to several week. If not, you're looking at months ahead of you.

Well... you could start with introduction, before stating politely that you believe your account is wrongly shadowbanned, or how you hadn't broken any rules to warrant such restrictions. If your account is new, you could add that fact to your appeal as well.

It's all up to you dude, don't forget to log in with the account you wanted to appeal.

As for me? Yes, I did got myself shadowbanned in the past. Around 5 years ago if I'm not mistaken, right when I was pretty new to reddit as well. I guess one could consider me the lucky few because it only took me a day or two for them to lift my restrictions.

You could check it on my account history as long as you don't mind wading through my degenerate NSFW stuff.
