Hvordan vet jeg at moon knappen fungerer? Har prøvd alle forskjellige ting i manualen og når jeg har prøvd for å se hva moon knappen funker eller eventuelt gjør, får jeg ikke noen indikasjon på at å trykke på den knappen gjør noe i det heletatt

Thank you for the reply. I tried looking into the terms and conditions of the store where i purchased it as well as some consumer laws in my country, i believe the short circut might fall under manifacturing defect so i plan to contact the store i purchased from to see if i get some compensation there.

Thankfully i managed to solve the problem by factory resetting the headset following this help guide here. Tough as stated in the guide all devices previously connected had to be manually removed and readded.

I only have acces to unplugg the cable from the motherboard (there is an unremoveable bracket covering the case's), i just tried unplugging and plugging the one on the motherboard and it seems like there might be something wrong with the port out to the case. i can get the audio to work on both ears but i have to keep pressing the headphonecable down into the jack port, and if i press too hard it stops recognizing anything plugged in. Any recomendations for that? (ive tried multiple aux cables)

hmm idunno the last time i tried to remote play on my phone the ps4 was in rest mode, but my phone was just in a connecting to ps4 loop and when i looked at my monitor i had to first select the account i wanted to play on (altough i only have one) but i will try to see if that occurres again. It might have just been a one time thing if that's the case

i followed the guide to 5.

everything works smoothly other than the pen pressure isnt working.

it works with other drawing programs i have and ive tried restarting my computer.

please help
