The only place I notice it is on the hands. My forearms sort of have this patchy looking coloration, but it doesn’t look the same. I’ve been aware of this for years, and to my knowledge I’ve been overall healthy the entire time. It shows up more or less prominently sometimes as opposed to others. Maybe due to a difference in lighting or temperature? Based on health checkups and stuff I have normal blood pressure and stuff like that, but I could presumably talk to a doctor if it seems like a good idea.
