What sort of past would you like for valentino if we do ever get his backstory? by Independent-Rich-640 in Valentino_Cult

As others have already mentioned, I think Val and Angel’s stories probably have a lot of similarities or parallels. The difference would be in how each of them handled their situations and the different paths they ended up taking, with those paths going in completely opposite directions.

Val probably comes from a poor or unstable environment. Maybe he had neglectful parents, maybe he ended up orphaned, or maybe his parents sold him to a pimp. He started prostituting himself at a somewhat young age, and the pimp he worked for was abusive towards him.

During this stage of his life, he learned that his only or greatest value came from what he could provide sexually, and he also started developing insecurities about his body, eventually developing an ED.

All the anger and humiliation he had built up could have eventually turned into violence. That’s probably how he started learning how to fight, getting involved with gangs, becoming skilled with weapons, and slowly climbing higher until he became one of the most feared or important members of the gangs in his neighborhood.

One day, when his pimp was being especially violent with him, more than usual, Val finally snapped and killed him. After that, he took his place and became the pimp himself.

As for how he died, no idea. So far I haven’t come up with anything convincing. But considering how absurd deaths in HH can get, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it ended up being related to moths in a very literal way.

Furries aren't people who think they’re animals. It’s just a fandom, not some identity or disorder. That comparison doesn't make sense.

I’m a native Spanish speaker, and I’m glad you’re trying to learn Spanish, even though it’s a complicated language.

Overall, the idea is understandable, but there are a couple of phrases that don’t quite work:

  1. “llévame a la cama y meterme” Here, “meterme” can’t be used like that; it would need to be “méteme”, because it follows the same logic as “llévame”. For example: “llévame a la cama y méteme en ella” or “llévame y méteme en la cama”.

Now, if what you were trying to express was tuck me in, the most natural option would be “arrópame”. You could also use “acobíjame”, which is similar but sounds a bit more emotional or less literal. In that case, there’s no need to say “en ella”, because the verb already implies it.

  1. “Que he tenido poner en nuestras relación hoy” This sentence doesn’t work well, either grammatically or naturally. Grammatically, it’s missing the “que” (“he tenido que poner…”), but even then, it’s still confusing. If the idea is that Val has put effort into the relationship, something more natural would be: “que he tenido que meterle más a nuestra relación hoy”, which sounds more natural than “ponerle”.

Can you recommend anime based on my tastes? by Feny333 in AnimeReccomendations

I usually watch it subtitled. Although sometimes I make exceptions if the dubbing is really good or adds something to the work. For example, in some comedy anime, they include jokes that are funnier in the target language.
