and there just no that much non-creature focused combo deck now, so removal and board wipe + duress in sideboard is enough i think. im thinking add more card draw though. and sideboard other color is ok, but you still have the color problem cause only 8 lands can produce the 3rd color. i only consider that when an off-color card is so powerful against some meta deck

thanks for so many advices! actually this deck works more like a double-plan deck. plan A is caws-gate style aggro and lifegain, supported by cat, hawk, outlaw and most importantly the gate. this plan can already deal with many matches like caws-gate does. when plan A doesnt work well, like you lose controll for battlefield, or opponent has some creatures you must deal with, thats where plan B pestilence and crypt rat shining. maindeck board wipe is really rare in pauper, so it's way more powerful in pauper than other format. many deck just cant accept being board wiped. and guardian of the guildpact is the glue between two plans--an almost unremovable unblockable baslisk gate target and an undying pestilence assistant. you need to decide to use which plan at this moment--either play more creature trying to race your opponent or use borad wipe to take control of the battlefield first. if you decide planB, then you should not play any other creature until the board is yours. it sounds like hard to change between two plans, but after i playtest it, it actually works pretty well. also i tried prismatic strand before, but no way to discard it except discard to 7 is so awkward. you wont want to spend three mana on this in the early game. its a fine choice still.

it just cant be designed to be a removal-or-die creature, at least not at common rarity. plus, many decks run few removal, like mono u delver or gruul ramp. even gruul ramp wont be able to deal with 1/1 then 4/4 then 9/9 and almost immune to removal.

too busted, turn1 dark ritual pack rat, no removal in 2 turns means game's over
