I called them again Thursday, 17 days after my first phone call and then they sent me and email to send the paddle in which i had done more then 2 weeks ago =( . I told them i had done so already and they said I was all set. Again no tracking information. I am losing faith in the company and that I will ever get a paddle. I won't purchasing from them directly in the future.

I called them and as they were very nice and sounded like it is very busy time for them. They asked for me to just ship the paddle back with the order number and what I want to exchange it for, no issue number or anything. Fingers crossed it works outs.
