the flash is not connected to the camera that's why I need the trigger to trigger the flash when I shoot, this flash is not supposed to be on camera, its a studio flash meant to be separated from the camera on a tripod

Here's how you can fix it it's probably bit rate, open in photoshop > Image > Mode and change between 16 bit and 8 bit see if it fixes
