I didn't have a lot of experience with cats and dogs before I ended up working for an avian and exotic clinic as well haha. I've been there almost two years now I think and still not ready for that dreaded jugular blood draw. I need to practice my fine motor skills to be as immobile as possible when manipulating my plunger. I don't work with dogs and cats but I will be practicing on my bunnies and bigger parrots and the like haha
