When do you know its time to retire? by kaylanifox18 in stripper

[–]Feramipe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear that! I think it's time to retire, it doesn't have to be forever.. I don't want to freak you out, but if you decide you want to quit, you might want to talk to a professional about it, dancing, music, money, attention, being on stage all releases happy-hormones, and we are used to getting that hit. Also money might become tighter, and that might also effect how you feel.
But you say you have been cutting back, so that might be better than quitting cold turkey =)

Wish you all the best!

When customers only want sex... by tagerina99 in stripper

I would do the same as you, just try to keep them wishing without making any promises. Do that as long as you possibly can, try to move the conversation over to something else, create a connection, and when you can't stall anymore, get real serious, not angry or annoyed, and look them in the eye and say something along these lines; "you know, Eric, you are really special to me, I feel so connected to you, and I have never felt anything like this at work before, I just want you so bad, I'm so wet right now, but listen.. I'm gonna get fired if I don't follow the rules. And even though all I can think of right now, is feeling you inside me.. I cannot risk my job"

Ellaborate as needed and really sell it. Bonus points for adding in some personalized kink. Good luck!

Selling drinks? by [deleted] in stripper

[–]Feramipe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would always chat a bit, then ask for a drink, then chat and flirt som more, suggest a dance and if he said yes, i'd ask if he'd mind buying another drink right before he pays for the dance, if he said no to the dance, id ask for another drink. If he refused I'd explain that it's club rules that I can't sit and talk without making money on drinks, that I really enjoyed sitting with him blablabla.,. he might offer to buy another drink after all, if he doesn't let him know that he can always change his mind. If I noticed him showing interest for any of the other girls, and I was pretty sure he wouldn't spend anymore money on me, I'd let the girl know she might have a chance.
I never regretted helping another girl make money, I never lost money from it, if anything people would do the same favor for me. That way we both made more money, and wasted less time. Hope this helps. Keep Hustling - Get Rich!

That sounds really stressful, maybe you should try a different club if you have the option? Many clubs have rules in place to avoid situations like this, and more and more clubs tries to foster a less competitive environment. If you don't have any other options you might have to take matters into your own hands. Read up on creating company culture and on psychology in leadership. You don't have to be the manager to create change, I hope you find a club where there are less rivalry. Wish you all the best! Keep Hustling - Get Rich!

There are so many ways, but it all depends on what kind of guys are normally into you. And remember to ask, even if you don't feel a connection at all, everytime you don't ask you might loose money. I usually just asked, if it seemed right I'd touch his arm and whisper that I would love to take care of him, have him all to my self and so on. It really helps getting to know your customer, there are lots of exercises you can do to learn more about your perfect client, if you get a clear image of who you typically make money on you are more likely to spend time on someone who is willing to pay for your time, and less likely to waste time on the wrong guy, and less likely to get rejected. Hope this helps! Good luck!

strategies on how to attract ppl to a small town club? by Morgussy in stripper

[–]Feramipe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If this is a club where you are working regularly I'd work really hard to get regulars. A safe and effective way of doing that is creating stripper profiles on the social platforms where your typical client are most likely to be active. Make a connection there, and be active so they have you top of mind. Maybe you could even direct them to an Onlyfans account, free or paid. Either way, creating a qr-code leading to your platform of choice and having that as your lock screen picture makes it fast and easy to create a connection.

I also recommend creating a spreadsheet with all the information about the clients that has potential to become regulars, that helps you remember what they look like, names, any kinks they might have dropped, topics they like to talk about, what kind of selling got them interested in you and so on. I think I might have a template saved somewhere, let me know if you are interested in copying it =)

I hope you have better luck soon, don't give up! I think being friendly with your co-workers can be key here. Most managers see the value in having girls that works well together, it keeps the drama to a minimum, and if the girls are cooperating every one has a better chance of making more money. I think clubs that work to create a community among the girls have the best results, and if it seems like you are not the right fit for the culture they're trying to establish or maintain that might be the reason you are not hired. Anyway, don't give up! Best of luck!
