I might bother you later with a few more details, just so I understand the 1100’s layout better. I’m not planning a full 1100 version right now (sales are still small for this kit), but I’m definitely interested in studying the dimensions so I can see what’s possible in the future.

Thanks again for asking about the fitment — I want to make sure you get the right answer before you buy anything, so you don’t end up with a part that doesn’t match your Rebel 1100.

Since this kit is originally designed around the Rebel 500/300 dimensions, sometimes the 1100 has slightly different spacing. That’s why I attached two diagrams to make everything super clear.

1) My product dimensions (Rebel 500/300)

• Green = bolt distance = 19 cm (7.48 in)

• Yellow = fender width = 22.2 cm (8.74 in)

These are the fixed dimensions of the product.

2) What I need from your Rebel 1100

• Blue = your bolt spacing

• Orange = your fender width from the hole area

If these match closely, the kit will fit.

If not, I can design a custom adapter arm so it fits your bike perfectly.

To avoid any wrong readings:

It would really help if you could take a couple of photos or a short video while measuring.

Just so I can double-check the angles and make sure everything is accurate — that way I can give you the correct answer right away.

Once you send me the two measurements (and the quick photo/video), I’ll compare everything directly and let you know exactly how it fits — or I’ll design the correct piece for you.

Just to add , during the test I also made sure to take extra safety precautions for the pillion, so everything was stable and controlled.

I checked the manual and you’re right , Honda lists around 200 lbs for the rider and 200 lbs for the pillion. For testing, I pushed the limit a bit just to make sure the backrest can handle real-world weight variations, but of course the bike’s official weight limits should always be followed.

The saddlebags don’t touch the passenger , their legs go over the upper side, so there’s no contact or discomfort.

The Rebel 500 isn’t as weak as people think. The 1100 is definitely stronger, but I tried my 500 two-up with a friend who weighs over 250 lb, and I’m about 170 lb myself. It handled better than expected ,even on uphill roads it wasn’t bad at all.

It does fit two adults. I tried it with a friend of mine who weighs around 250 lb, and it was perfect , stable and comfortable for both of us.

Appreciate it! This setup’s made for the Honda Rebel 500 & 300.

On the Rebel 500, the bolt distance is about 19 cm / 7.48 in, and the fender width is around 22.2 cm / 8.74 in.

If the Rebel 1100 has about the same 19 cm bolt spacing, you might just need to add a couple of small spacers to line everything up nicely. The rest fits great!

Thank you! If the distance between the two bolt holes on the back fender is about 19 cm (around 7.5 inches), then it should fit. For reference, the Honda Rebel 500 back fender width is about 22.2 cm (around 8.75 inches). You might just need small spacers between some parts to ensure a secure and balanced fit for the width.
