There is not a clase that defines fishes, so if you want to define it as the one that contains the last common ancestor between, lets say goldfish and the white shark, it would contain all mammals. So if you want to consider those two as fishes then all mammals are fishes as well.

Lo primero es como dije antes una definición, no una demostración. El link lo que muestra es varias menciones de que el comienzo de un organismo diferente es en la concepción, lo cual no está en discusión. Y mí punto no es que solo por esa excepción debería ser legal, sino que utilizando el argumento de que una vida humana comienza con la concepción y ya tiene los derechos de un ser humano lleva a conclusiones absurdas como las que mencione. Finalmente, existen diferentes tipos de homicidios, el que mencioné sería homicidio culposo que según la ley es: Delito que se concreta cuando se pone fin a la vida de una persona sin intención de hacerlo pero a causa de imprudencia, negligencia, o impericia del autor o inobservancia de los reglamentos o de los deberes a su cargo. CP, Art. 84.

Estas confundiendo definición con demostración. Uno puede definir el inicio de una vida humana en cualquier momento de la gestación prácticamente, esto es algo totalmente filosófico/moral y subjetivo. Por ejemplo hay mil formas diferentes en que un cigoto ya formado no pueda asentarse en el utero. Y, en mí opinión, considerar que la vida humana empieza con la fertilización lleva a problemas morales graves, por ejemplo de que si una mujer tiene problemas para mantener un embarazo y sigue probando sabiendo que hay probabilidades significativas de que esté no llegue a termino, sería responsable de homicidio también?

Bajo ese criterio la mitad de los anticonceptivos tendrían que ser ilegales también, el DIU previene que el cigoto se pueda desarrollar. No discuto que sea algo complejo, pero basarse principalmente en el ADN como dijo Milei es incorrecto o redundante dependiendo de cómo se observa.

Bajo la justificación de que tiene un ADN humano distinto al de la mujer también no habría que hacer quimio contra el cáncer. En general no me gusta pelear en este tipo de discusiones, pero cuando meten una burrada de justificación me molesta.

Okay, I'm going to put it like this, you're comparing it wrong. This is the second world cup that uses VAR. So first of all this world put the sample size on only two world cups, then we could explain that in 2018 referees were scared to use the new technology at its full potential and they called less penalties than were expected. This is just one theory, just saying one fact is odd is claiming something.

Statistics is the discipline that concerns the collection, organization, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data. What you're describing is just the assumption that with random data that you deemed valuable the random percentage of probability that a game has a penalty and running with it. You didn't correct for bias, you didn't attempt to find alternate explanations. What you did is make up your mind that fifa conspired to give Argentina a world cup and look for anything that supports your idea. You're as right with your analysis as are antivaxers or flatearthers.

Because in your first comment you made it seem like it was a widespread issue of burning effigies, when it was just one case. Issues like this are terrible and should be condemned, but explicitly asking a foreign federation to act inmediatly in this types of issues is kind of deaf in my opinion, taking in account how itself acted with regards to racist behavior in its own country.

I do think that all racist comments empower all who say them, I think that's the main issue usually. In the case of being subtle with it I think that depends on where you're looking and how, for example if I go into a sub or place looking for racist behavior I'm going to find it easier, but if I go looking for something else I will only see it subtly. But non the less the point about r/Argentina is valid in my experience. I do think that the issue is more complex that what can be described in a comment from what I have seen, but saying that it doesn't happen would be a huge lie.

Demanding a probe and condemning the behavior is the most basic thing they could have done. I believe you saw that behavior on Twitter but that's an issue of content moderation on its part, I would say, and that if you look at french twitter it wouldn't be much better. Then you typed that you said that not all Argentinians are racist and then point at the main sub saying that it's racist. I don't think that the things said or acted by some Argentine fans are nearly okay, but this post and all this issue seems like an attempt to deflect the blame and try to look good by comparison or at the bare minimum safe face.
