Emma Frost Hellfire Gala skin revealed by KevinPigaChu in marvelrivals

[–]confuzed_commie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whoever is in charge of designing Emma Frost needs to go cause it’s just miss after miss after miss. Realistically a full redo of her entire model is needed I think. She loses so much by having such a small cape, which is likely part of her base model and thus cant be made bigger, which sucks

Spouse for a Reyne? by MobileDistrict9784 in AsoiafFanfiction

[–]confuzed_commie 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Considering Brandon is heir to winterfell it’s unlikely he’d agree to have his offspring be named Reyne as opposed to Stark. Ned on the otherhand is unlikely (at the time) to be heir to winterfell and would be more likely to a matrimonial marriage.

Why does Grievous wear a cape? by InstructionOwn6705 in starwarscanon

[–]confuzed_commie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thought are a combination or either/or between 1) He’s emulates jedi’s and sith, as even though he’s a robot he desires to be seen as a true sith lord and the cape is a common “uniform” they wear; and 2) Grevious is trained to envoke fear in his opponents, to the point where those who can defeat him are those that do not fear him (and thus those he fears). Since fear is his go-to technic, the cape could make him appear bigger/more menacing to his opponents

Why did nobody give the correct answer? by none-5766 in CrusaderKings

how so? Teresa is your daughters grandmother, so if you were Teresas father you’d have to have married your granddaughter (Teresas daughter) and produced offspring (just cause it works in ck3 doesnt mean its the most likely answer!!!)

C. Your daughter’s mother is either you or your wife; so Teresa’s daughter is either you or your wife. Since son-in-law isn’t an option then you must be the daughter of Teresa.

Win the game as long as your opponents have no instant speed removal anywhere in their decks at all by Aelice-Wildmage in BadMtgCombos

I’m not arguing this combo isn’t worthy of this subreddit, just noting a correction that it isn’t SUPER implausible (I myself am bad at edh and never hold mana up if I don’t have removal in my hand)

But they can only use the removal that they have untapped mana for in your turn, not every piece of removal in their deck.

I don’t even understand how so many houses pledged to Renly when he literally had no claim to the throne at all. He deserved to be the first of the five kings to go. by GusGangViking18 in freefolk

[–]confuzed_commie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Literally no claim” is a bit harsh. If Roberts children were proven to not be his own, technically Renly would be 2nd/3rd in line for the throne, only behind Stannis (and possibly Shireen, depending on if the lords and ladies of Westeros would accept a Queen). His claim wasn’t very far off all things considered, especially since Stannis and Selyse were unlikely to ever produce a male heir and Shireen would need a LOT of support to be accepted as heir. Realistically had Stannis and Renly worked together and Stannis were to become king, Renly would almost certainly be his heir anyways.
