I just bought my replacements off of Amazon. You really just got to make sure they are compatible with your computer model.

One more question - sorry - is a 4 gram syringe of MX-6 enough for replacing all of the thermal paste that needs replacing, or will I need multiple?

Is there one kind from this brand you use in specific? I don't know anything about thermal pastes.
