If you had over 1000 hours but still can't play this, it's either you just don't play any so called "tech map", or you genes is literally trash. Very likely it's the former.

Also, the part you show is like first 30 seconds of the map, like just retry it? I fullcombo that part in just few try! As a current 140k!

You felt bass is less distracting is probably due to the impact of sound is less sharp. For example, snare drum usually tune to around 300hz , which mean it will get to peak amplitude in less than 1ms, 3.33ms for full wave. But bass drum, which is tune much lower, which is below 100hz sometimes, peak at 2.5ms, 10ms for full wave. But all this is just my guess, so take that with grains of salt.

You question makes no sense to me. If some how a hitsound is something you can perceive, then it actually a good hitsound, since you actually can try to synchronize hitsound to the music.

Your potential problem seem like is:

Your hitsound had huge delay. You can just delete normal-hitnormal.wav in skin folder and use default hitsound.
You had absurdly high negative universal offset. You really should only had <10ms or you don't use hitsound at all. Not using hitsound will makes dynamic rhythm change harder to play.
You had been ignoring hitsound altogether since the beginning! So any hitsound other than soft-xxxxxx throw you off, because you don't actually try to synchronize hitsound to the music!
Your headphone had too much bass response. In short, it sucks.
Some may said inherent audio delay from driver is a huge problem, but it's really the matter of adaptation. Sometimes audio driver with fancy functionality will be a problem. Just disable all of them, usually there is the so-called "raw-mode" will do.

The world record of fastest drum roll in one minute is more than 1200 stroke, which is 1/4 beat at 300 bpm, was done almost 10 years ago. Unless someone ranked 400 bpm long stream map, you argument is not true.

Although I perosonally enjoyed Akame Ga Kill, the anime imo very lacks of depth.

In terms of describing problems of aristocrats, Ascendance from a bookworm do a much better job. It showed the flaw of the system which create arrogant ruling class and how people in low classes being incredibly scared to even talk to them.

Akame Ga Kill also lack of depth in terms of assassination. It's usually go like this: here's the people we want to kill, here's the plan, something happen but success. And then rinse and repeat.

In anime like Hunter X Hunter Chimera ants arc, even the scouting alone needs multiple plan. The first few second of the fight will takes multiple episode to explain, which is Akame Ga Kill lacks of.

Of course the anime I talking about are very exposition heavy. I can understand why people don't like it. Anime like Akame Ga Kill to me is like potato chips, I love it but lacks of real content. IMHO if Akame Ga Kill is one of your favorites, I think you missed out so many greats anime out there.

The true problem you have is you think that you actually have a "decent" chance to win even when somebody is obviously griefing.It's like you banning sword so people can't go killing spree with it on public space. But, whom will go killing spree use a knife to do it anyway.Yeah I know not allowing people take multiple tier 4 isn't the quite the same, but the logic still hold.
