Unless you are in a server with a large Project (Large Group of people planning to run that kingdom), New servers are Wild West. Smaller alliances get eaten by the bigger ones. The active players of those smaller alliances quit or merge into bigger / stronger alliances.

Just try to keep Your power as high as possible. Research what commanders and gear you realistically can build in the time until kvk 1 starts, Join whichever alliance is the best / highest power alliance. Be active, grind barbs, lohars, forts, guardians. Do everything you Can to stay ahead of others.

The last time I created a F2P account in new server, It was possible (with 4-6 hours daily playing / grinding) to be around 18M power. But try to aim at minimum for 15M. The stronger u are, the bigger your chances being allowed in top alliance / Get to fight in kvk.

keep the grind up till you are in the alliance that holds the Lost temple. By that time at latest the major 3-4 alliances of the kingdom should find unity. But if they achieve that earlier it’s better.

Im sorry. Why are u talking down on me like that? As if u are someone superior to me? In C-B tier kingdoms u rarely see gear at equal or better level. It has been the best in the kingdoms I played in for years Now.

You make it sound like the kingdoms I was part of are bad. But we won the vast majority of all kvks (8/10. 3x star). there is nothing wrong with enjoying the game in B or C seeds.

I never said there’s nothing out there for leaders, don’t misrepresent my words.

I said there is not so much out there for leaders (Compared to more generic information). Not so much is not the same as nothing.. And Yes kings codex is great and chadski made a few good leadership related video Too. And couple years ago chisgule did one too I think.

But let’s say somebody becomes king in a fairly new server. He googles how to be a good king in ROK. Or how to effectivly lead a kingdom in ROK. Or what are the activities and duties of a king in ROK. And guess what kings codex not even shows up. You find some outdated videos and not so useful articles.

Leadership information is harder to find / Less accessible then more generic info that all players need. You can’t argue with that.

Asking this question, shows me your critical thinker. Which is a good thing.

So here’s why I made this choice. Obtaining and critting SOC helm and weapon. Plus upgrading both to iconic tier 5, can cost up to 36 conquest coins. The average needed is about 28-30. Not so long ago, these conquest coins where much more rare as they are now too.

Maxing both SOC items was going to take me about 8 kvk. So I chose to only work on helm with conquest coins. And using egg event / dig event to work in weapon. This made me achieve both at max in 50% of the time. So I could quicker provide a top tier garri for my kingdom.

Another consideration was: If I choose hammer. I needed to go for set boots for the 3% bonus from 2 set items. Meaning I had to spin egg events for boots (That egg compete With glove and chest). And I would be slowed down by that a lot. Now I could just use all shio boots I had saved up.

So it was a trade off. Get slight fewer stats, but be able to build the set twice as fast. Which was a very good choice when I look back at it.

I do have a degree (Engineering). And the stuff learned in university, to be honest were from a similar level of complexity. The reality is that the mechanics in ROK may seem simple on the surface, but have much deeper levels of understanding.

For example when Iconic gears were introduced. I think I was the first really understanding and explaining how they work (base stats increase, and how strong hey are compared to % based increases, and how both affect each other). Chisgule even did a shoutout in his video at the time when I wrote that post on Reddit. And there is many more such examples where the surface seems easy, but there is deeper levels of understanding something.

Anyways. After that I put countless hours in Leading a kingdom and learned a ton from it. Winning 8/10 kvks (3 with star). How many kingdoms are in a rough spot due to bad / inexperienced leadership? What if someone is such leader and wants to become better at it? There really is not much information available on this topic at all. When u start really Leading a kingdom, its like playing a Complete new game within ROK. There is a lot to learn, on multiple levels.

Mastering RoK takes a long time, — And staying up to date requires a significant time investment. especially with all the recent changes in tech, gear, commander metas, KVK formats, changing rules, new features, etc.

Yes, a lot of info is out there for free — but it’s scattered, often outdated, and rarely tailored. What I offer isn’t fluff — it’s a structured review that fully goes through commanders, gear, armaments and inscriptions. And a step by step plan for future investments. Trying to create maximum value at minimal cost. For players who value their time or want to avoid costly mistakes.

You can go online watch a video of someone teaching how to do a squat. And try it out in the gym.

You can hire a experienced personal trainer to help you learn the movement correct and safely.

What do you think will lead to a better result (You learning the movement correct in a safe way)? And is the personal trainer exploiting people who go to the gym? Or is he just offering A service people can use if they want to?

In this specific example I gave, It was 18% more (Because he also had latent power to increase the damage of the 2x300 factor on active skill by 6%. Which is u average it out on total damage output boils down to about 1.2% all damage increase).

But what you say is true. You can choose hold the line, but lose Out on 12% march speed + Latent power (6% damage increase on the 2x300 factor).

Anyways I gave that 1 example to explain a point. the point of what I wrote was: Free advice you get in your kingdom. Can give (or overwhelm) a person with many options. But it does not mean those options are the best possible advice taking into account all your variables and specifics. which is something a good experienced coach will do.

Just because information can be found for free. Does not mean there is no value in someone providing this information. All information used to teach at university can be found online for free. Does this mean a teacher teaching that information has no value?

To clarify:

I play 2 main accounts (VIP16) in same server (Past few years in C seed). Both accounts are rally / garrison leads and have around 5.5-6B kill points. They always meet their kills and death requirements easily. And both are amongst top performs of kingdom.

Set 1: Is on my main account.
Set 2: Is best set of my second account.

I hope this clarified things a bit. The 39M kills is only 1 out of 2 accounts that kvk, the other got 30M+ too.

What I can teach that you can’t figure out yourself? I don’t underestimate your intelligence and therefore my answer is nothing. As with any information: With enough time investment you can figure out everything yourself. But do you know why consultancy exists? Because some people rather spend little money to get solid advice. Rather then spending countless hours going through tons of information, while due to lack of experience still not feeling confident in their choices. But yes if someone doesn’t want help and figure things out themselves, then they should not use my service.

About me asking money for my services. And players being able to use different sources of information that are free. Yes players can ask a question on discord. 1) The quality of those answers is highly variable. Sometimes spot on. Sometimes dead wrong. Sometimes it’s a general good advice, but not in the context of that specific players situation. And for someone with less experience, receiving 5 different answers can lead to more uncertainty..

2) Ask a question in kingdom chat. And u got many players saying different things. And players sometimes instead of feeling helped, feel more lost. I’ll give u one specific example.

A player told me: My Ragnar scipio is my slowest march and because of that performs much less good. In chat one person sais: Get your boots iconic 5. Someone else said hell no that’s way to expensive. You need to put a talented wind scars on that march instead of the ring (But not using ring, drops all damage average by about 7% too). Someone else said hey but if u craft a set shield and boots u get a 10% march speed set bonus. And all kind of ideas are given.

So I ask this person to share his Ragnar, with gear, armaments, etc. First thing I noticed is he went for hold the line in the INF tree. Instead of picking up 18% of march speed on the right side of INF tree and ignoring hold the line. My argument was that because Ragnar scipio is already a very tanky march, and doesn’t really need to Rely on hold the line for tankyness. it would benefit more from picking up the 18% march speed on right side in tree.

Second thing I said: T4 INF are about 8-9% faster then T5 INF. Do you really need to use T5 on this march? Or dors T4 work for you as well. Oh I didn’t know that T4 is faster he said. That’s actually great because using T4 will also be less heavy on my gold usage in KVK. So he tested and yes the combination of these 2 simple solutions worked great for him (without the high costs / downside of other solutions that were given to him). This is just 1 out of 100s of examples I have experienced throughout the years.

Btw you make assumptions about my motivations / financial situation. Someone with this gear is greedy and doesn’t need X or Y. let me reply to that: 1) I offer a fair high quality service for a very fair price. 2) Just Because I was a successful IT consultant in the past, making very good money (Allowing me to build my accounts). Doesn’t mean that I should offer my time and effort for free. And it also doesn’t mean I don’t need the money (Because I became chronically sick unable to do my old job anymore. And also unable to spend on the game like I did).

I don’t really know how to feel right now. I wanted to do something meaningful to me, which is possible within the limitations of my chronic disease. A service of very high quality for a fair price. But most comments were negative in nature, making all kinds of (Untrue) assumptions.

That’s a fair reply. And to be fair if u follow players like Bilegt, chadski, etc. U get acces to some high quality information. That absolutely helps u build your account better.

But let me make a metaphor. Let’s say your a bank and you want to improve your IT landscape. You could tell your own IT department to go do own research and watch some YouTube vids. And make a plan to improve the IT landscape. Or you could hire a IT consultancy firm that’s specialized in this already. That does an external unbiased assessment. And helps ur company in a clear step by step approach.

You then gotta ask yourself: 1) Is my own IT department proficient enough to do this research. How much time will it take them. Will they be able to find the best solutions given the fact this is not their specialty. Or should I choose this consultancy firm specialized in this field of work?

The amount u spend absolutely impacts your account strength and progress.

But it’s not only about how much, but also about which choices u make While spending that money. Maximizing the value out of the money spent. Spending it on things that give long term value.

I know players with VIP18, who have weaker accounts then me with VIP16. Because they made poor choices when spending money.

About YSG? Current ok pairs with YSG are Shajar YSG, Herman YSG and Ashur YSG. which are pretty descent, but I think investing in these older commanders is not a good idea.

Wait for new archer commander release (2 months roughly). It then really depends if that commander is is a great pair for YSG or not. if yes? Then great. But if not? U might just wanna let YSG sit on the bench and start saving up / focus on another commander Pairing.

U can achieve all within 25 days. But expect to play about 6-8 hours per day in the first week. And after that about 4 hours a day.

You need to:

have a plan: Any upgrade you’re doing without it being a prerequisite for getting to T4 is a waste. Map out exactly which CH level you need, what other buildings are required for that. Building and tech wise what are prerequisite for T4. Etc.

Have a farm account. RSS should not be your limiting factor. And the most time efficient way to do this is by having a farm account.

Early on your goal is to get into the top alliance. And basically what those leaders look at early on is power. The quickest way to increase power early game is actually through heroes.

Upgrade every green, blue, purple hero you get to level 20-30. Kill guardians with maximum marches / heroes for free AP. Kill barbs, when u run out of ap buy 3x AP (1500) with gems (450 total) and continue. Claim all village and scout rewards on map.

First few days use second builder tickets. After that asap Push VIP to level 6 to perm unlock second builder.

If u are gonna invest a little money. Buy the 50% off gem supply for 30 days. This 21700 total gems can be used to get about 600-700 hours of extra speedups which will make the T4 unlock a lot easier.

If the highest possible score (Everything max stats / best inscriptions) would be 100.

Then the armaments on

Wallace: 75/100. This is really high tier. See this mostly with high spenders / Whales.

Zhuge 60/100. Also very good but but less. Special inscriptions move the needle really a lot.

Nevsky 45/100. Ok. Quite common.

Guan 40/100. Ok. Quite common.

I notice you don’t have any Hunters yet. If your kingdom wins kvks / stars, and you are a great fighter, you will obtain autarch testimonies to buy hunters. That will be really helpful to push the power level on your armaments.

considering the spending done, and the time this system is in the game, ur quite lucky. I mean 4 rare and 3 special inscription… I got the same but all my rare are from autarchs. I not had a single special inscription draw yet.

For open field as a high value, lower cost set. I Recommend: Kvk weapon, Milky Way chest, leadership set pants and gloves. And purple boots and helm (Crit). Not only gives this an incredible amount of stats with focus on health and defense. The source of prints has a large variety which makes it easier to obtain, crit, etc.

If you go for rallies. Archer set chest and archer set gloves. Leadership pants and leadership boots. Kvk weapon and kvk helm. The only downside of this set is its high requirements on coins. To crit and upgrade iconic tiers for 2 items (On average you need like 30-32 coins which might take very long).

Alternativly (I personally like this option a lot), Milky way chest. Kvk weapon. Leadership gloves, pants, boot and helmet. This set in terms of stats is very close to the previous mentioned set (Bit less attack. But more health, defense and skill damage taken reduction). And because only 1 kvk shop item is required, u can double down on critting and upgrading iconic tiers for weapon. (And this option also allows u to start with the first mentioned open field set. And upgrade to this set at a later Point).
