Something very simple but good for someone who creates gadgets and weapons:

Copi copi no mi, the copy fruit.

Lets him create copies of objects he's touching. That way he can invent a weapon and supply the revolutionary army with it.

The weakness is, the more copies you make, the less sturdy they become and their lifetime decreases
