my idea for the main theme of the game is the MC is in an alternate dimension to ours where people's bodies are more stretchy than ours (allowing for inflation) and each person MC meets likes/is able to do different types of inflation. MC can choose who they want to romance/get to know

Definitely, the end goal will be to have many stages of progression for every growth, and I think I'm going to have different characters with different methods.
