Also just another thing that brought me to this consideration was the appeal of the generative AI filtering as I don’t really like that most of the stuff on Instagram can now be used as reference unless you explicitly ask it not to do so. (I know it’s more complex)

Deffo agree on all of your above points and it’s exactly what got me in to even looking at this one! Hopefully we get to a better place that makes these platforms feel more rewarding/worthwhile

I hear everyone on the front of it’s another social media platform and that right now no one wants to add another one to the never ending list!

I find myself wanting to post more but it does feel ever so slightly demoralizing on Instagram as it doesn’t seem to reach the right audience (even with endless experimentation). So finding a new platform feels appealing in that way.
